Non-Medical Professional Volunteer Application

Face the Challenge teams generally travel three times each year, usually in the Spring and Fall. Team sizes average 10-20 members. Specialists needed most of all are facial surgeons, anesthesiologists/nurse anesthetists, peri-operative registered nurses (circulators, scrubs, recovery room, surgical ward, critical care), and surgical technologists/assistants. Current licensure/certification, passports, and related immunizations are a must. Volunteers must also be stable, in good to excellent health.
