Face the Challenge is a humanitarian non-profit organization and does not sell any merchandise whatsoever. Nor do we provide any referral services for surgical supplies vendors. The supplies shown below are simply a reference list for surgical trip planning purposes.

List is enough for ~20-40 pediatric cleft & adult orthognathic and craniofacial cases. Prices listed reflect relative unit costs in recent months. Sample suggested list including, but not limited to:

**If separate vaporizer exists just for Forane, it will probably be used more. Forane may be the anesthetic of choice for longer cases due to less myocardial irritation, but not as an agent for inhalation inductions.**

Reversal Agent: Post-Operative Narcotic-Induced Respiratory Depression:Quantities:

Antidote for Nondepolarizing Neuromuscular Blockers:Quantities:

**Used in conjunction with Robinul to reverse muscle relaxants** **Refrigerate**

**FTC does not order this med due to its expense. Teams need to know where ice is stored.**

Pediatric sodium bicarbonate bristojet, 8.4%, 10 ml syr, 1 mEq/kg, $3.41 each, IVP over 1 minute; avoid concurrent use with catecholamines or calcium, clear IV tubing after each dose 2 bristojects
